I would like to know what supplements would be great for adding more muscle without doing Steroids.
I know there are some Nox products, but I'm not sure they will be helpfull more than for the pump in the gym.
I thought about things that might help with recovery, like creatine without the waterretention.
I'm already taking extra protein, eating about 2.5-3g per lb BW. Also taking BCAA, EAA, omega3, vitamines and minerals.
