Best stimulant + Cycling...

In the past I've used betalean, thermodynamx, and xenadrine NRG - wondering what you guys recommend as the best one to take for fat loss.

Also - what type of cycles does everyone recommend? I usually finish a bottle and then take a week off...any other ideas?

75mg aspirin + 25mg ephidrine hcl + 200mg caffeine = ECA stack. 3 x daily, seems to get strength up and endurance and gets metabolism up a little. hope this helps!
 
I prefer T-rex for endurance, hands down. ECA gives me a good initial boost, but I begin feeling burned out with it pretty quick. With T-rex, running and riding the bike felt a lot easier. IMO, ECA is better for weightlifting, T-rex is better for endurance.
 
Personally, I got better results from ECA (ephedrine HCL, not ephedra alkaloids). I lost a good amount of body fat. However, it killed my appetite and I literally had to FORCE myself to eat everytime, so that part was unenjoyable. T-rex aids in fat loss too and if you are sensitive to stimulants, or just can't stand ECA, go with T-rex. If you plan on doing cardio, go with T-rex. If you don't plan on doing cardio, do the ECA. Just remember to keep eating large amounts of protein, or run a mild anabolic, or you WILL lose muscle.
 
As for the cycling, if you want to do both, run ECA for 6 weeks if you've never done it before, along with 6 weeks of T-rex. If you are used to stimulants, do the ECA 12 weeks and then T-rex for 6 weeks. If you want to do only one, do ECA for 12 weeks, then take about 4-6 weeks off. For T-rex, about 8 weeks, then 4-6 weeks off. NOTE: You WILL crash after stopping ECA, so you may want to taper down. With T-rex, I never experienced a crash, so that was good. For ECA, begin with a stack of 12.5mg E/200mg Caffeine/81mg Aspirin for the first week. Then go to 2 stacks, split about 2 hours apart. Work your way up to 6 stacks a day of 12.5mg/200mgC/81mgA, always 2-4 hours apart to maximize effectiveness. For T-rex, start with 1 cap a day for about week, then 2 caps a day for week, etc up to 6 caps a day. Hope this helps. Later

one more for ya, if I do the ECA + t-rex cycle do I have to take any time at all? Or does it look like this:

Week 1-12 (ECA)
Week 13-18 (T-Rex)
Week 19-30 (ECA)
Week 31-36 (T-Rex)

So on so forth for perpetuity?

That's good right there. Just remember to sort of taper off of the ECA to minimize the crash, and every 18 weeks, give your body a break from stimulants for about 4 weeks. During these 4 weeks, up your protein because your body will try to partition nutrients to metabolically active tissues(muscle) because you were in a semi-quasi catabolic state, and you can get some good fat free muscle gains. So it would look like this:

Week 1-12 (ECA)
Week 13-18 (T-Rex)
Week 19-23 (break, higher protein)
Week 24-etc.

Hope this helps bro, and you won't be disappointed. Just keep that protein high and force yourself to eat a lot of it(you will not want to) and watch the fat melt away and the muscle stay. Do cardio if you want to speed up the process, as cardio will release more fatty acids and the stimulants will oxidize them more. Thanks for the K :)
