As for the cycling, if you want to do both, run ECA for 6 weeks if you've never done it before, along with 6 weeks of T-rex. If you are used to stimulants, do the ECA 12 weeks and then T-rex for 6 weeks. If you want to do only one, do ECA for 12 weeks, then take about 4-6 weeks off. For T-rex, about 8 weeks, then 4-6 weeks off. NOTE: You WILL crash after stopping ECA, so you may want to taper down. With T-rex, I never experienced a crash, so that was good. For ECA, begin with a stack of 12.5mg E/200mg Caffeine/81mg Aspirin for the first week. Then go to 2 stacks, split about 2 hours apart. Work your way up to 6 stacks a day of 12.5mg/200mgC/81mgA, always 2-4 hours apart to maximize effectiveness. For T-rex, start with 1 cap a day for about week, then 2 caps a day for week, etc up to 6 caps a day. Hope this helps. Later
