r there any steroids that promote like tendons connecting and healing... i had to surgeries on my shoulders and im done with rehad and ive been back lifting to full speed for about 2 months and i was wonderin if the was any AAS that will promote like my tendons or cartlidge to become stronger inside my shoulder so it wont happen again.. i know its a dumb question but i was just curious....

deca is very helpful in that department. it lubes the joints up so you can't even feel injuries when you are on. my shoulder used to pop out of the socket on heavy sets due to a weak tendon. i ran deca and stengthened it and never again has the shoulder popped out. anavar also strengthens joints and tendons so that is another option.

I would say var in my expereience, i had a torn pec that never did feel right for about 6 months until i ran some var, it wasnt even at a high dosage either.

I don't know that Deca would eliminate any problems altogether, but it is known to lubricate the joints.
