what are the best size pinns to shot sus250 in glute or quad?
what about winny in bi's, shoulder and calves?

I use a 23g or a 25g 1" pin for my ass, shoulders, and thighs...I use a 25g 5/8" for my bi's and tri's...

stick with this man. you need 1.5 inches on those glutes unless you have a really small glute. I'll toss Iron some karma.
