Best shaving cream EVER

I just bought some of this stuff a couple of weeks ago...no razor burn since.

Just thought I'd share.

I posted about this stuff a while back in the Style and Asshumping Forum. Great stuff. I had bad razor burn for the first time ever and started using this stuff and it dissappeared in a day or 2. I also use their after shave.

I wonder if this is the same when used on women's legs/bikini area.

I discovered that cheap foam worked better then anything for a good non irritating shave. Also shaving in the shower helped tremendousley.

and the best tip i have is: RUN the razon under HOT water until it gets hot, the shave will be smooth like butter. Cold razor = sandpaper.

The foam gave me razor burn, but some of the gels caused me major irritation. The Gillette sensitive skin stuff was okay, but the Neutrogena's better.

And you're right about the hot razor thing. I remember seeing somewhere that if you prep your face with hot water or a hot washcloth, it opens the pores, then you should wipe your face off with cooler water to close the pores after you shave.

Once you try using these creams and applying them with a quality brush you won't go back to buying these jells or foams. I have tried the Taylors and the Harris creams and they are good. Do buy a good quality brush. You can use your fingers to apply it, but the brush works better.


If you feel brave you can even use a straight razor.

What has really helped me diminish irritation after shaving is using vitamin E or aloe vera skin gel instead of after shave. No alcohol, so your facial skin does not burn or dry out after use.

I tried shaving with a blade for the first time in 4 years yesterday, and I actually used this shit. I still had irritation galore, plus it somehow isn't as close as my electric unless i want to cut myself up trying to get it close, so fuck that shit. I have the worst combination of thick facial hair, sensitive skin, adam's apple, and crazy grain pattern around my neck.

I think gels suck personally, never really stopped the irritation.

Always liked the creams better.
