saw this recepie on musclemagborad while surfing around and it´s cheap ant the taste is the best!!!

when i´m on mass i make myself two batches on sunday and eat it throughout the week between meals... take away food! i just wrap it in tin foil and take it away, if anyone ask me what it is i´ll just admit that i´m quite a sweetooth, which is true.

i´ll post the original recipie, but ive done my own variations of it.... enjoy

This one reminds me of the balance bar, chocolate almond. It has the same consistency and appearance. It tastes almost the same as well, like fudge brownie. I will not stop until I come up w/ a low fat, low carb bar that has as much protein as a commercial bar, however this one is pretty good

1/3 c soy protein isolate (found in health food stores)
1/2 c quick oats
1/4 c dry skim milk powder
2 tbsp cocoa
12 packets sweetner
1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
1/2 c natural peanut butter
1/3 c black brewed coffee
skim milk

Mix dry ingredients together. Cream p/b and cream cheese together. Warm in nuker for 45 sec. Mix in coffee. Stir dry ingredients a bit at a time into wet ingredients. Mixture will be difficult to stir, use a fork and mash it together. It'll get crumbly. Now add skim milk, a few drops at a time and mix well after each addition. I think I used about 1/4 cup, but not sure. You want a gooey, kinda crumbly texture. Press into pan sprayed w/ pam and set in fridge.

Makes 8 bars, each one: 106.9 cals, 10.2 protein, 7.7 carb, 4.5 fat

Most of the fat is from p/b, which is good fat

i´ve played putting more protein in it, more dry skim milk powder, more low fat cream cheese etc... it´s amazing
