Tbol only cycle? let me first say that's a horrible cycle. That being said, nolvadex PCT will be fine for you.

How long did you research before you started a Tbol ONLY cycle?

you should have stuck to 4-6 weeks on it and had a Test base on the cycle.

Nolvadex, you can run for 4 weeks PCT.

Use the T-bol at 50mgs a day for the first 4-6 weeks to kickstart a test cycle. That would be your best bet.
