I think they're actually working. I slept last night better than I have in months. The 2nd night I've taken them.
I'm really hoping they help my insomnia. Between a soontobebitter divorce and finances (see the previous), I haven't been sleeping very well for a while.
I'm now taking Zinc, Magnesium and a B-Complex vitamin (ZMA stack), a melatonin, and a 5-HTP before I retire. It's my nighttime stack. We'll see how it goes.
