Best PH for these goals?

Hi everyone,

Never done any PH\AAS and thinking about running some sort of PH cycle in the near future.

Stats

5' 10"
195-200
Bodyfat is around 12%
I'm 21 and have been lifting for 5 years

My goals for this cycle are to drop a few % in bodyfat and gain 4-5 lbs LBM, basically just a recomp.

I already have 2 bottles of Trenadrol from a previous PH cycle that I was thinking about running and never started, and 2 bottles of Novedex XT, so obviously if I could incorporate these into the cycle I would like to.

My main concern and the reason I chickened out from running a PH previously is the problems with gyno I have heard people have been experiencing with these things. I have a mild case(as classified by a plastic surgeon) from puberty which I was trying to get the surgery for but since insurance won't cover and I don't $5500 lying around, it just looks like I'm going to have to wait. So any worsening of my current condition would be a nightmare and something I'm trying to avoid at all costs.

I have milk thistle, hawthorne berry, and all the other necessary ancillaries on hand so that won't be a problem.

Including a PCT to go along with your recommended PH would also be very helpful ( I guess nolva will be a popular choice).
