MultiPro 32X by AST. Pop in one in the AM and one in the PM.

Flintstone's vitamins are the best.

seriously though, a multivitamin is a multivitamin. And, this should be in the supplemenet section. What do multi vitamins have to do with weight training?

yeah i agree smartass flintstone vitamins are pretty good ,lol no matter what forum you get into someones gotta be a smartass

to be honest with you 100% of the daily value is no where near enough. 1g of vitamin C is like 1667% of the DV and thats around the average you should take. For protein 50g is the 100% DV. Its ridiculous, especially for a guy trying to add muscle. Only reason i say animal pak is because of the digestive enzymes, shark cartilage, lot of pills but you really cant go wrong.

Animal Pak hands down.IMO.Ive been using them on and off for 15 years and I have yet to find better.

i like dx7 better then animal packs .. i strongly advise it =]

hurricane do you know why? Ive never tried DX7 and i know Nelson wrote somewhere that it has the same things as animal pak but other things also, but the percentage of the vitamins jus dont match up. Animal pak has a lot more

And even gives you l-arginine to boot.

It's like the Kirk Herbstreit of Vitamins. Just fucking dreamy.

Personally I wouldn't overthink it buddy. In fact don't even worry about getting a multi vitamin. Just get a Vitamin B complex.

or you could pay 5 extra bucks and get animal paks, which is 100 times better. Dont overlook it, just realize that its helping you every way inside, your not gonna get bigger off a diff multi. But ur immune system, and efficiency in your body will be better

Well. It's unneccesary to me, especially if he's just lifting for recreation which it seems like he is.

So it means taking pills throughout the day, and potentially carrying around your little pack of vitamins (at least this is what I'm under the assumption of what the animal pack is.) , for nutrients you don't neccesarily need.

These are just my thoughts. You should eat vegetables and fruits and leafy greens instead of worrying about taking sets and sets of vitamins. In my opinion.

An opinion sadly not based on any scientific data.

And heaven forbid one has to take around a little "pack" of vitamins. I had no clue it was so difficult for someone to manage.

Well I'm no scientist, but I know if you eat healthy you get all your daily requirements of vitmains as is. Then you take a vitmain B comlpex to supplement those vitamins. Seems to me that you should be more than well off.

And I don't need to base any of my opinions on scientific data, they are just my opinions.

And yea, I would in fact find it difficult to carry around a stupid pack of vitamins and take them at different times throughout the day. Just so you know.
