Best Keto Results Ever Without Refeed

I am going to Cancun in early March and I decided 3 weeks ago that I was going to be semi-contest shape for the trip.
Instead of doing periodic carbups, I upped my fat intake and cut carbs to near zero.
I have gone from 11% BF to 8.5% in 3 weeks- with minimal if any muscle loss.

I have learned so much about MY body in this time- I have always been afraid to eat too much fat on low-carb- but I have just been douching my salad in caesar dressing and eating provolone, swiss, etc- and I feel the fat melting off my body.
Plus I am alternating cardio and and a 3 day split routine.
I plan to be 155 at 7% in two weeks,
No supps used at all- except for the occasional 2 Carb Bar- they are yummy.

Amazingly-I have been drinking a lot-I am in college-keep that in mind
ONLY GIN AND CLUB of course.

This is only me and my body of course- I am not trying to undermine Par Deus and the concept of refeeding at all.

What I have learned is to UP THE FUCKING FAT on low-carb
don't be afraid!
It's where the results lie.

i started refeeding every saturday or so.......today was suppose to be a clean refeed,double the clean carbs but to due to the fact that their was a big gap i missed about 2meals

Meal 2 was at 11am thats the last meal than I had to go somewhere and basically I had no access to good quality food,so whaeva parents drove to CHINESE BUFFET,and i said Whaeva Ive been clean for about 6-7weeks of dieting 1day big whoop,so basically i just over ate on the teriyaki Chicken on a stick about 4plates i figure about 150-200protein in a sitting or something oh well tommorow back to eating normal with my regular carb intake

what would an average day look like for you? can you post your diet with training times etc...thanx
 
First of all I'm only 5"7 1/2 or so- but people think I am taller then that for some reason- I think it's because I like to stay relatively lean- but I have never been more lean then I am now

My average daily diet for the past few weeks:

1- 2 Sunny-Side Up Eggs and some bacon
2- Tuna with mayo, swiss or mozzarella cheese. romaine lettuce. and italian or ranch dressing (almost 800 cals- very filling)
3- Caesar Salad with chicken breast

And then Chicken Breasts with some sort of full fat dressing as long as I am hungry for the rest of the day

And then most nights extra cals from gin- but I am a very cheap date these days

As far as training:

1-Chest/Tris/Cardio
2-Rest
3-Back/Bis/Cardio
4- Rest
5-Shoulders/Legs
6-Rest
7-Cardio

I am still training as heavy as I can- I have lost some strength but nothing to noticeable- with fat high energy levels are not a problem
As far as cardio- usually 35-45 minutes of the stairmaster (I have an portable mp3 player- makes it pleasurable).

Keep in mind that I am naturally endomorphic- I was a fat kid- Now my face has never been slimmer and feeling satisfied all the time. I feel as though G-d intended for me to not eat carbs.

BTW I am on ECA- I don't even consider it a supplement anymore because I have been using it for so long- i might be addicted just kidding

I saw you're pics, I have way more muscle mass then you- so keep thinking that I am anorexic. I have around 2500 cals a day- more on training days. Don't be bitter.

doof- I eat a lot even in my cutting venture- you forgot in your (I would call "failed") attempt to classify as anorexic forgot to list the part where I said that I ate chicken breasts in full fat dressing the rest of the day. Why are you so contentious? Do you like to start arguments often? Is it because I have so few posts? Either way, I don't care. Keep doing what you are doing, you amuse me.

Fat= 9 cals/g, got it?

why not make it 6small meals instead of 3>?

and i stated before i was paranoid,i had my refeed day..whaeva i dont wanna start any lame board fights....
