Best Juice for gaining and keeping strength

Hello,

As the title says, whats good for strength? I had some amazing gains with Beast , meaning 50 lbs increase on the bench press, after only one short (3 weeks) cycle, but, now, 6 months later, these gains (in strength, as bulk pretty much remained , except the incredible pump) are gone. Right now im on 80ug IGF1/ day, the long version+ 200ug MGF-PEG , 2 times a week. Are these peptides good for gaining strength? As i dont see any improvement (strength) 2 weeks in (i though like the pump and aspect of my muscles, also added some bulk) Hyperplasia should also net me some strength gains, right? Or after the new cells mature is this the case? Any ideas? Although i do only 1 training / muscle group per week.
TY really much ppl, I got every time an answer on this forum:)

you just answered your own question. has nothing to do with AAS you take.

its about slow and steady gains. you really thought after gaining 50 pounds on your bench in just 3 weeks you were gonna keep those gains? also I pity your tendons and ligaments. never go into a cycle without your conditioning already good, you likely fucked yourself up putting that much strength on in such a short time. not smart at all.

i tell guys all the time if you are gonna brag about how much strength and size you put on during a 'cycle' then you are a NEWB to lifting pure and simple. 99% of your gains should come OFF CYCLE... not during. just imagine a rubber band, the more you pull it back the harder it will snap.. and if you pull back too hard (which you did here) it will snap off and break. you are lucky you didn't seriously injure yourself

Im no Noob, Im 6 ft tall, 30 years old, 105 kg heavy and benching 160 kg before the cycle with ease for 2-3 reps

^^^ never said you were a newb. you totally missed the point of my post. at 30 years old you need to start getting serious and start protecting your body better.. 50 pounds in 3 weeks is crazy pressure to be putting on your tendons and ligaments. your body lost that strength because it could not handle such an increase so fast, thats your own body protecting itself against yourself.

so instead of trying to put on 50 pounds, next time why not set a realistic goal of maybe 10-15 pounds that you can actually hold onto and that won't cause you to tear up your body in the process. thats all i am saying

I used to be an endurance athlete... i went from 27 to 17 minute 5K in about 6 months. i was training with freakin triathletes and ironmen... was that something to brag about? yeah i thought so at the time.. but then guess what happened to me... I ended up fucking my legs up bad from such a fast improvement. looking back i wish i had gone from 27 to 22 instead and taken my time to improve.. not pushed myself to improve overnight. to this day IT STILL HURTS to run. now if you want to have that same thing happen to you with lifting then don't take my advice. you might not be a newb to lifting but you are a newb when it comes to injuries, and trust me you never want to push your luck with that.. injuries are the worst thing.. remember you aren't 18 anymore bro.. you are in your 30's now so start treating your body with more patience

I know, but I just simply tried to go for as much as I could, and that was +50 pounds:). Anyways , thanks for the good advice. About IGF+MGF, should there be an increase in strenght or what else could I try as I m not gaining any strength for some time?(year+)

TY

If you added 50lbs to your bench in 3 weeks using beast then you are no where near the point where you need AAS to keep making gains.
