comes in a little rectangleish bottle, eye dropper and place 5 drops under your tongue? if so, thats what i took. i stopped regular creatine and did that for 2 bottles. and it definatly wasnt the same. i did feel more energy for my workouts, but muscle recovery and gains were a lot better from the "powder creatine". so then i combined them. i still did my powder creatine ed, and then half hour before my workout, i took the drops and i liked that. this is just my experience though. another reason i think/thought they were different is because it even said "take this before a workout for energy" etc etc.
