adding to that specially if you don't chew it, the outer casing in corn is what protects it from the digestion process when it does make it through.

Yep I'd stick with strictly corn....hey we feed it to the squirrels and I've never seen them needing any toilet paper. Swallow the corn whole....then get you one of those colon cleansers....that should do it.

Or you could have your colon spritzed....yeah, maybe that would work.....that's where they shove a water hose up your butt and rinse you out real good.
