Tell me about it. I'm training boxing and I'm at light heavyweight right now. Even the fuckin heavyweights are so damn fast.

I like tae kwan do. Not exactly boxing. I like kicking people. it's more fun to me.

I've done Muay Tai, kickboxing, and Kyok Chin Kai (spelling?) Nothing beats the endurance and cardio that boxing gives you. You get speed bro. Lightening speed.

Yes, he has major hitting power but I haven't seen his take down game and submission defence. I watched UFC 1 on pay per view and watched strikers get pwned. I want to see more of Kimbo against top quality MMA fighters not going toe to toe but utilizing their strength.

Bro this is a Tyson fight, not Kimbo :p

The Kimbo fight is in the other thread.

tyson in his prime would do some damage on any MMA guy

at first I was on board then I started to think they would choke his ass out. Once th were able to get past his hits they would have his ass on the ground. Fran Shamrock could take him. he is a touhg cookie. I have seen him take some hits and keep standing.

got shit going down on the weekend, I'll get some pics up soon!

Tyson got KO'd by Danny Williams, a B level British Heavyweight, who used the time honored formula laid down by Buster Douglas, the first B level fighter that KO'd Tyson: when he comes in tie him up and lean on him and bully him back.

Hagler v. Hearns is all over youtube and a great fight also if you like to watch two guys try to beat the stuffing out of one another:

This is the best fight on YouTube IMHO!

You might like Don Frye's fight against James Thompson also. It's essentially the same gig: two guys arm flailing eachother until they both gas. There's a little more groundwork than Frye v. Takayama, but they both are pretty incompetent on the ground so it quickly goes back to the feet.

Really? Why would you do MT + KB? Same shit bro. Only diff is KB might not incorporate elbows + knees.

I started semi-contact kickboxing as an 8 year old. When I was 12, I switched to full-contact kickboxing, and finally to Muay Tai fully when I was 15. I moved up pretty quick.

I know he lost, that was my point. It would have been more appropriate to say "no one is unbeatable, not even mike tyson" back in 1990 when he was actually considered unbeatable but lost for the first time. Mike Tyson has been beatable for quite a while now. Therefore nothing is new with this fight.
Unless you just have a different definition of beatable, my definition is never actually been beat and doesnt look like it will happen anytime soon. Neither of which apply to tyson in the last 18 years.
