Best cycle to get mass, strength, and speed

What is the best cycle to get mass, get stronger, and be able to train for speed and get faster?
i want to add 10-15 lbs of muscle, get my max up in lifts listed below and get faster

around 10% bf
Bench 320
Squat 475
Hang clean 300

AAS aint magic bro, you got to take the good with the bad both short and long term, you want to get big, get ready for some bloat, you want to get real big get ready for some gyno, high BP, all the short term sides...don't forget about the long run, I don't care what anybody says this shit is poison to your heart and arteries and will catch up to you later in life.....

Im in week 5 of 16:
Test E 375/wk
and EQ 400/wk

Only gained 5 lbs. so far but that's to be expected, esp. w/these 2 compounds. I am experiencing seemingly no bloat whatsoever. (eating clean, watching sodium intake, and using a modest 1 pump of AIFM a day seems to really help). I am more into performance enhancement because grappling is more my thing, not so much the bodybuilding. My speed and strength are both doing really well, and my endurance is unreal, (I credit that to the EQ).

i know i can handle some bloat im just not looking to gain 10-15 and 10 of it is water weght

yea im gonna look into a cycle like yours, ill be happy with gaining a solid 10 lbs and having more endurance and stronger

I just came off a cycle of:
wk 1-5 Dbol 40 mg/ED
wk 1-14 Test E 750/wk
wk 1-12 Deca 600 / wk
wk 7-14 60 mg Var/ ED
.25 Arimidex/ ED
.50 Proviron / ED

Put on 15 solid pounds.

running TRT now. I'm DONE with PCT, man... I'm 50 :chomp:

Trying to keep calories up is the hardest, but most important part for me.

IT IS MORE ABOUT CLEAN DIET AND HARD TRAINING. NO DOUBT! AAS #3.
