I'm looking for some really good cutting suplements any suggestions I'm kinda of lost when it comes to that kind of stuff... Ive taken on-cycle, 6oXo, Neurolink, and Creatine non of them really did what i wanted i want fast and good results so any help by giving suggestions on what to take and where to get it my budget is like a few hundred.

Thanks

Depends what you are actually meaning by the word 'supplements'. Actually supps (multi/vit, calcium etc) or gear (clen, ephedrine etc)?

i take all those multi vitamins and fish oil but i want like muscle enhancers just something to give me faster and better results than just not really putting anything in my body to get the most out of my work outs

you're plat bor. hit the search button at the top there, do a bit of research then you'll be able to decide off your own accord.

sesapure
glucorell
EGCG (green tea extract-- levorex is also an option)

Should he make that $500 check out to you or AF store? ;)

j/k Listen to MP, he has good advice. Check out some of his posts on various suppliments. IMO, some work great, some don't, just do the research. And don't be suprised at the cost. You could be looking at anywhere from $100+ a month for alot of these suppliments, which is even more reason to do lots of research.

By the way, welcome to the boards. A wealth of information here, take advantage of it.

diet and training are key to any successful cut. Supplements can help (some a little, some a lot) by suppressing appetite, increasing energy levels, improving/shifting metabolism... but without those things even the best supplements will have minimal to moderate effects (there are exceptions to this, particularly when it comes to insulin resistant persons.. but... generally its "true")
