In your opinion, what is the most effective cutting cycle? My diet and cardio are in check, and I'm trying to figure out what I should do for my summer cutter. I've only done one cycle before, so I don't want to use more than 2 or 3 compounds. Stats are 20 years old, 5'11 and 203 lbs at 12% bf. I'm just looking to gain lm and drop my bf%, which my diet and cardio will take care of.
