Best Cutting Cycle

In your opinion, what is the most effective cutting cycle? My diet and cardio are in check, and I'm trying to figure out what I should do for my summer cutter. I've only done one cycle before, so I don't want to use more than 2 or 3 compounds. Stats are 20 years old, 5'11 and 203 lbs at 12% bf. I'm just looking to gain lm and drop my bf%, which my diet and cardio will take care of.

Any suggestions or info would be appreciated.

Well man, it sounds like your fine the way it is. I'm curious as to how long you have been training before I would look at AAS.
 
I've been training since I was 15, and took my first cycle last september with no real results. It wasn't a cycle really, it was just Winstrol and I didn't know what I was doing because I had done no research whatsoever. I've been having a much harder time gaining lately and I wanted to gain some lean muscle and cut up for the summer.

I can get my hands on basically anything, but the people I talk to that shoot up don't know much and don't even do pct, so I'm not going off any advice that they give me.

I'm just wondering what the ideal cycle would be for some good lean muscle without much water weight.

Any suggestions?

If you've never tried Test yet I wouldn't stack anything with it! If your going to try anything else use Test alone and see what kind of results you get and if any side effects. Good luck...
 
Yea I'm planning on using test e 250mg/week or 500mg/week as the base for the cucle. I want to add 1 more compound, or possible 2 to my cycle.

What would be the best AS to combine with test e for cutting and gaining lm?

I Agree

I'm gonna get bashed here - but you should try a test-only 12 weeks
250mg/week - one shot/week

If you are serious about your diet and lifting routine - you'll be surprised at how much lean gains you can make from this amount.
 
Would it be safe to add something like Winny into the mix? Would tren e 250mg/week for 10 weeks and Winny 50mg/ed for weeks 5-10 work well?

If your diet is dialed in and you maintain a strict cardio/workout regimine, you wont need to stack another AS in order to have a really successful cutting cycle off of whats already been suggested.

And since this is going to be your second run through, I suggest just keeping simple for now. :Chef: :coffee:

OK - you sound like you know your way around cycles a little better than I thought.

Just remember - I am very "biased" about having all cycle being "test-based" - so if you want to throw Winny in go with

week 1-12 Test 250mg/week
week 8-12 Winny 50mg/ED

how's you PCT look
HUGE - before you start your cycle - head over to the AF store for some Tyler's Liver Detox, and then to AG-Guys for some Clen (for during the cycle) - and Nolva for after.
You will also want HCG for your PCT
 
When should I use clen? I'm gonna go with test e 250mg/week and winny 50mg/ed for weeks 8-12. In what weeks should I use the clen?

I'm sorry - I meant Liqui-Dex - arimidex

Yea I thought about clen actually to aid with weight-loss but I'm not sure about it yet. Should I run the A-dex at .5 or 1? And I know test e takes a while to kick in... should I maybe go with 3-4 weeks of d-bol at 15-20mg/ed? Or should I just leave it how it is? If I did use d-bol, should I use more of the liver detox or use the tylers and then get something like milk thistle or ala?

To my understanding you are trying to cut a little?

How do you feel about frequent injections?

A low dose of Test Prop and Winny would probably serve your goals very well. Eat clean, train hard, and drink plenty of water. The faster-acting prop will keep the water away and keep you leaner looking overall.

If you want to kickstart the cycle - then you will have to go with DBol instead of Winny at the end.

I wouldn't suggest running orals for +75% of the cycle.

one or the other...............

run Liquidex .5mg/day and see how the bloat goes
