Thanks for the reply! I have read in ads that the liquid drops are absorbed faster and create fewer side effects so I am wondering if you or anyone knows if this is true.
Liquid creatine has less sides because by the time you get it into your mouth it has degraded into creatinine. Biggest marketing scam directed at chicks that has come along in the supplement world.
Stay with plain monohydrate and as SPATS said, take it with food (not after) and drink plenty of water.
I saw an ad that said the liquid creatine drops does not bloat, cause diarrhea, or cravings and is "created" for women. Yea, sounds like a scam, but I just wanted to know what some of you thought. Thanks!
