What is your favorite/best protien bars, premixed cans, and powder packets? I have to start having bars and premixed drinks for my first 3 meals of the day. I was thinking about going with Myoplex Low Carb but it's kind of expensive, atleast the cans are.

EAS simply protein 5 lbs jug for my whey, heavyweight gainer 900 for weight gainer, myoplex for MRP, the pure protein cans for premixed, tripple 8/solid protein/lean body bars.

don't eat protein bars they are overpriced and loaded with sugar shakes are better

Definitely go for shakes over bars, but if u insist i have bought the pure protein bars from stores like bj's or price club they work out to be about a dollar a bar.

Wouldnt it be more beneficial to eat a bar than drink a shake when I am replacing 3 or my 5 daily meals with prepackaged protein foods?

3/5 meals are replacement? thats means you are probably not getting enough fiber and certainly not enough calories

Designer whey protein bars. not too many carbs. most of the carbs come from glycerine, which isnt like sugar in the sense that it does not need insuliin to be metabloized, its got like 31 grams of protein in a bar. best tasting protein bar ive had. www.vitaglo.com/ has a deal of buy one box, get a second box free. 24 bars for 25 bucks, free shipping. i recommend the absberry flavor.

It's better than the other 99% of america that stuffs twinkies in their fat faces during work.

I figure I'd consume 4 protien shakes and 5 protein bars. That should be around 1500calories and I can get the rest with big pre workout meal and post workout meal.

The most economical way to go is to mix your powders for your protein shake (I use supplementdirect whey+ supp. direct dextrose + malted milk) and put just the powder in a sports bottle. Then when you are ready to drink it fill the bottle at a water fountain, shake 'er up, and drink. We're talking pennies per serving for a delicious shake.

Of course you can (and should) alter the composition of the shakes depending on when you are taking them.
