
I agree those workout routines are a little crazy and so are the diet plansslyder190 said:Arnold's book has great exercise descriptions, a nice hall of fame section (according to who?), and little else of value. His routines are for the super-duper genetically gifted walking pharmacy people. His diet plans are way outdated. there are a lot better books out there. I just ordered 3 books on periodization. I'll check back with a review for ya.
