Best athletic enhancer?

iamcdn

New member
First off, im training for basketball, not so much bodybuilding, but as everyone knows every year the guys get bigger, stronger faster so to compete I want to add some strength, vert and maybe some size and weight (enough but not so much that I slow down)

So far I am thinking about a winny/anavar or a dbol/winny cycle.

Some concerns that I have, with doing lots of running (ball practice) is the joint pain (winny) and lowerback/general pumps you get with the dbol.

Im not planning on doing this until im completely educated and all the t’s are crossed and i’s dotted … so im throwing this out there to get ANY feedback

(please know that these steroids are available from a very very trusted source who doesn’t have/deal with anything else so anything other that what I have listed I don’t trust taking from someone else [some of you are probably saying what kind of source is that, but anyways]

thx for your time bros.

Assuming your training is in check, the best athletic enhancer you can take is quality food. What do you eat.

Yeah, I know you want to talk steroids. We need to make sure your in the position to take advantage of them.

my diet and training are pretty much as perfect as they are ever going to get, they are all taken care of by our trainer (i am on the ball team) -- coach doesn't condone the use but he isn't exactly against it (legally he will not talk about it or even provide us with someone to talk to, i guess we could ask the team dr. but i personally don't want to be known as being on)

the only thing that i can see working for improving size other than a light cycle is less running becuase i can never seem to put on weight during with all this practice and cardio being forced down my throat...

eating more food isn't an option -- i seriously can't eat more food than i am and still do other things in life besides preparing the food, eating, cleaning the dishes

i would only turn to the use of steroids in the last option and it looks that way .... im happy with myself, but you can always get bigger and stronger and put up bigger numbers

var only cycle. depending on ur weight of course, but 40mg ed is a good start.
winny no becuse joint pain and dbol no because it will bloat u too much

also, any talk of stats and what not is going to be relevant right now as im not planning on using for a couple month (like i said i want to get educated) and within the time period im sure they will change (ill let you know closer to the time)

so now that i could be in the position to take advantage, lets get some help on how to minimize the side when you have mandatory cardio (i also have mandatory lifting, so therell be no question that i hit the gym and stay dedicated as i have been)

1. Assuming your diet and training are perfect, why would you think of reducing cardio as an option? Is the training really perfect? As a ball player would you stand to lose some ability if you reduced the volume or intensity of your cardio training?

2. Eating more food IS an option, especially with all of the dietary supplements on the market today. How many meals do you eat a day? What do the meals consist of?

a. i said i could only think of dropping cardio as a way to gain muscle, but it was NOT an option due to mandatory practice and fitness required for a ball player (so we agree this is NOT an option for me as im trying to increase performace specific to my sport, although it may be for someone in another position looking for strength/size gains...also the cardio helps keep the bf low which helps vertical ... one of my goals)

b.
like i said eatin is not an option. i can't go to university, play basketball, and possibly cook, eat, clean more than i am ... i just can't do it ...

c. the only thing that may be improved with regard to diet is when we go on the road, i have to improvise

d. meals ... 6/day --- the only things i need to get for sure is over 3500cals and 200gs protein -- i get enough carbs for two ppl ;)

keep asking me questions, maybe i have forgotten something before i turn to use ... .also if you don't mind, try and throw in some info about the use of either of my options, i don't mind learning more either way

cheers,

I'd stay away from d-bol during the season - my d-bol leg pumps slow me down just walking between classes.

Anavar might be great for you, but I have no experience with it.

I have 3 words for what I'd do if I were in your situation. TEST IS BEST.

As long as this got bumped I'll add something.

iamcdn, you mentioned you've got no time to eat more. I said that eating more is always an option. Well, it is. You could simply load up 4-5 ziplock bags with 20 grams of whey protein per day. In between meals, and between classes, just hit a drinking fountain, fill the bag half way, shake it up, and drink.

This is an easy way to add 80 to 100 grams of protein to your daily diet. That's 320 to 400 calories. I do this all the time. Yep, I get strange looks, but you know what? When I look back at the gawker they quickly look away because I'M BIGGER THEN THEM!! GRRRRRRR!!

thx for the diet concern slient :D....
right now i want to learn about how to work some gear into my current plan ... ill work on my diet, trying to get more protien and calories for ya though

so what do you think about just the var?

from what ive read i can expect some very hard muscle good strength and maybe a little size, is that true?

and if i ran this for 8 weeks at about 40mg ed , how long is it going to stay in my system (i have to worry about testing, but not till next season say september'ish)

yah, i think im just going to do as much research as i possibly can on var .... then make a post and see if my info is correct and maybe i forgot something

pm me we can do some reseach together

winstrol......performance enhancing!....just ask ben johnson. you need a decent amount though, and its usually expensive. by the way.....you can always make time to eat....gotta cook meals ahead of time...daysnight,whatever it takes.
