I've decided to take a plunge into DNP because, quite frankly, I'm sick of being so close to, but not at, my goal.
I'll be sticking to a low dose, of around 250mg/day for around 15-20 days. I may consider going to 500mg for the last 5 days if I choose a 15 day cycle. Just looking to drop this last 10lbs after 6 years of training down from ~250lbs 35% BF to my current 170lbs and 14% BF. Never been leaner nor stronger, yet I crave a particular goal.
Done everything else. T3 in large-ish (50-75mcg) doses wastes my muscle, even with AAS, so I'm avoiding that.
So, I have around 500mg test left from a prior cycle and enough 50mg var tabs for a 20 day cycle. What's best? Take the test split through the 1-2 weeks on, or take the var for better abdominal fat losses.
I'll also be taking 25mcg T3 to supplement thyroid shutdown (already hypo as per Dr.), DAA to help keep LH flowing and ECA or CY depending on how I feel.
TLDR, test @ 300mg/wk for 15 days, or var @ 50mg/day. I have proper PCT on hand. Just want to make sure I lose as little muscle as possible and as much fat as possible.
