Best 12 week diet?

In about a month i am going to start dieting down for the summer. My goals are to see some slight abs after 12 weeks, with my bodyfat right now being about 16-17%. I wanted to know what you guys feel would give me the best results but let me hold onto as much muscle as possible in doing so. I would rather hold onto an extra 3 or 4 pounds of muscle and have to diet for 15 weeks then just cut down in 12 but lose any mass, so if yall think 12 weeks is too short for someone at my bodyfat lemme know. Right now I was thinking of something like 400-450 grams protein a day, 110 grams of carbs a day all postworkout, and around 100 grams of fat a day. Every 4th or 5th day I'd keep those macros the same, but also have like 300 grams of complex carbs spread out evenly throughout the day. My training would remain the same and I'd do cardio 3 or 4 times a week. How does this look?

If you're looking at the long term, than a balanced diet is what you're looking for: 40%protein/30%carbs/30%fat. It's easy to do and you'll probably keep all muscle mass.
