benadryl ?

i have heard a few people say to take benadryl while i am on the 2 weeks off period of my clen cycle. is this true and if so how much and how often ?

Unless you have a rash or want to go to sleep I do not see the Benafit in takeing Benadryl

benadryl competes with histamine for H1-receptor sites on effector cells, it prevents histamine-mediated responses. so unless you have a non productive cough, rhinitis, allergy symptoms, cant sleep or have motion sickness i dont know why you would have a need for it. so, if you have any of those symptoms please use benadryl freely.

ure right, people take benadryl when using clen, coz it does the same thing that ketotifen does. dont know about dosages though, ive never used keto or benadryl.

exactly, it acts as ketotifen does, not sure on the mechanisms though
