Being Sick Truly Sucks

I hate being sick, it screws everything up. Training, diet, everything. I got like 1 hour sleep last night. Someone shoot me please.

My youngest daughter got sick Saturday and hasn't been to school this week.

Kids spread sickness like nothing else. My mother is a preschool teacher and gets sick every few months.

Take four cloves of freshly chopped garlic every day. It will help.

And, don't train. Right now, virus (I assume its viral) is bursting out of your body's cells, destroying them as they do so. Your body needs rest, calories, and TLC.

We ate supper the other night at a friend's house and they are vegetarians and we didn't know it. The shit they served turned my stomach inside out and I haven't been right since. Their daughters were sick too and they played with our daughters so that is how I'm thinking I got sick

The worst thing about being sick is trying to get your strength back and get back into the daily routine.

I'm about to go nuts laying around feeling like shit.
