I have been sick for over a wk and a bit with a very very bad case of the flu, and boy did it knock the health out of me, could not sleep, eat, workout u name it,
This will teach me to take my flu jab, funny when your sick, all you can think about is, oh god will i ever get better again and u learn to appreaciate, the times when you are in good health, Now i am almost back to full health, THANK GOD.
