I started week 5 of my sust/eq/dbol cycle yesterday, I'll run the dbol for about 4 more days and then stop with it.
Sust @ 500 a week, eq @ 400 a week, dbol @ 30 mg a day for weeks 1-4 then 20 mg a day for week 5. I'm also doing .5 mg of liquidex ed.
As of yesterday morning I was up 24 pounds (started at 190, now 214). Strength is coming along nicely, very little fat put on.
Calorie intake is around 4500-4700 a day with 400 protien, 420 carbs, 130 fat. I'm lifting 3 days a week (m/w/f) same as I would when I was natural, except that I've increased my volume from 4-6 sets for large body parts to 8-10 sets, and 2-4 sets for smaller parts to 5-6 sets.
5 more weeks to go, I wonder how much more I'll gain.
