yeah. the general dose reccomended is 500 milligrams for 10 -12weeks (250 X2 each week shot wise) and you will get some good mass and power from that. The PCT is very important and there is a sticky in there by jenetic that is a gread read and very helpful.

are you looking for power and mass or more of a cosmetic (I hate that word) workout? If you are wanting power and size, the 5X5 is a great workout compiled mostly of compound excercises like deads, squats, bench, etc. Look up the 5X5 by madcow and you will find a ton of posts on it. Combine test at 500 with the 5X5 and man, thats power and size in my opinion. You just gotta eat a cow and a half each day.
When I did my first cycle I was close to your stats.. 6'3" 200lbs. I used test enanthate at 250mgs a week for ten weeks. I ate extremely clean and busted my ass. I gained 20lbs.
I knew nothing about pct and lost 14 of it. Make sure you know about hcg and clomid.
*I'm 230 clean now. I never used more than 500mgs of test. I still grow from it. You don't need a lot to grow. Your diet will dictate your results!
