Alright Guys Im 22 years old 202 pounds 6 ft 2. I have skinny arms and legs and have a beer belly on the early stages of formation. So I figured its about time to get into shape. Also just moved to florida so thats a bit of motivation...

I never really got into working out, did while playing baseball in highschool but thats about it.

I just joined a gym and started lifting two weeks ago. A close friend of mine that lives in my prior state suggest running test PROP 100mg for a 60 day cycle. Im currently only taking a multi vitamin daily and 2 protein shakes daily, no other supplements.

I've begun upping my diet and trying to get around 250g protein and about 4000 c a day. Working on increasing that to 5-5500. I don't have great strength and am still very sore the next day from lifting. First week went to the gym 3 times and did cardio on an off day, as welll as have been walking 2-2.5 miles 5 days per week

Anyhow I wanted to get some suggestions and tips from the members as I'm very knew to this and am starting to work out with a trainer in a couple weeks..

My goals are to bulk up get some mass, build strength, Bigger Arms,Shoulders,Back, eventually get the beach bod 6pack...

Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated

Thanks

I wouldn't start using any steroid until you have 2-3 years of lifting experience under your belt. It is necessary to build a SOLID base. If you have little lifting experience your tendons and other features of your body are not ready.

I know this is not the answer you want to hear but I have been lifting since high school. I am close to 40. I didn't do my first cycle until I was in my early 30's.

Aslo, you are very young. Most of the people I know who have health issues, the main one sexual due to AAS abuse, started using too young. Your natural test levels should be very high and more than enough to build some decent mass.

When I took lifting seriously I put on 50lbs of mass my fist year. Before that I didn't know jack about a proper diet but I did know a lot about lifting. I had a friend in the military who squared me away and he took me to the next level.

I would sit down and start with a meal plan. Write out exactly what you are going to eat, count the calories, and the protein, carbs fat etc. Next, design a lifting plan for every day of the week.

Post those plans here and we can review it. After that stick to the plan. See how you progress and make changes as necessary.

I know many people who start out lifting, immediately go on the juice, they do not do the basics, e.g. work out properly or eat the right foods. In the end they are much worse off than when they started.

Fair enough I appreciate the accurate answer that will help me.. Im going to pm you this weekend regarding meal plan but are there any supplements that you'd recommend LEGALLY @ gnc etc.... I need some sort of lift to get me goin

The biggest lift you will get is in a week or two when you look in the mirror. You stick to a good diet and proper training and in 2 weeks youl look in the mirror and never want to stop lifting again. You say you want that proper 6pack body for the beach. This comes from 89% diet and 10% training... 1% tan oh yes! SO get the diet dialed in before anything. No point looking great on test for 60 days and then loosing it all straight after because you dont know how to control your deit. A waste of money and time.

Also if you have a beer belly your partying too hard bro lol! thats obvious but im not here to lecture a 22 yr old on health risks from alchohol lol but if you really wanna take this serious you cant be drinking while on steroids. They also dehydrate and deterierate muscle tissue so thats prob not helping you in a few ways. Building mass and showing it off if your bloated all the time.

Set yourself some reasonable goals for the next year and achive these with proper diet and training then when your in the rytheme of things in a few years then you can step it up a notch with steroids cos the longer you wait the better the results.

As for supplements you should be taking some protein, some creatine, possibly a weight gainer if your struggling to make your 5500 cals altho 4000 aint a bad number fella so dont stress it. If your growing then its enuff. You could always step it up in the future. Stick with the mutli vitamin and your good to go on the supplement side. Anything else is a bonus but not largly needed tbh so like i sayed dont stress it, usualy better to keep it simple and build on it that, rather than starting too heavy and wonder what the fuk many different factors are doing.

Get a diet and workout plan up and the guys at EF will set you straight. Good luck champ.

I use quite a few legal supplements.

5g of creatine ED
50g of whey protein (usually 2-4 servings per day).
pre-workout product (any NO product will do - I love Jack3D)

Some people respond well to Unleashed which will increase free testosterone. Tribulus is also another supplement that works in some people. It is fairly effective for me, not for others.

Those are the basics.

Some products I would stay away from, because they are basically designer steroids. There are too many out there to list but once you read up on this stuff you will know.

I didn't start using AAS until I was in my 30's.

In my early 20's I was 145lbs, 6'2" but lifting all the time and not putting on mass.

I knew a lot about training. I mastered all of the exercises, utilizing strict form. I knew how to create my workout, timing between sets for mass and so on. What I didn't fully appreciate was the role of a proper diet. At the time I was eating horrible foods that were filled with unhealthy fats and high GI carbs.

My weightlifting partner was around 225lbs, shredded, and 5'8". He was 100% natural. He taught me the importance of a clean diet. He eliminated the bad carbs, made sure I ate good sources of protein, and healthy fats.

In one year my weight increased by 50lbs. I started out benching 135 for reps and it went over 200. My squats went through the roof too. Not all of that weight was muscle, there was a lot of fat put on too, but I became a beast. The only supplements I took were TwinLabs weight gainer (back when they made it) and HottStuff which contained a ton of vitimans etc. That was it. No creatine, no steroids, nothing.

Feel free to post up your meal plan here so others can also chime in. I would love to help you out! Also post your workout schedule, including which exercises, reps, when you do it (days of the week) etc.

PM me if I do not reply.

What ArmyVet said.

Prop for 60 days you're gonna get tired of sticking yourself for your first time around I'll tell you that much.

At your age you'll be blown away at what you can do with solid eat habits.
