Begining L'dex pre-cycle

I read more and more of people having symptoms then getting on anastrozole and letrozole without realizing it will do nothing for the estrogenic blood level at the time. Since prevention is key, would it be wise to begin Liquidex pre-cycle, maybe, say a week or so?

Just to have the levels active and concentrated if symptoms do occur.
