beginer need advice

what programs or cycles would be best for a beginer i am 6 ft tall and only weight 150 lbs i dont want to take something that may be to hard for someone my size and weight but want definite results if anyone can help a rookie out it would be greatly appreciated.thanx

Basic beginner cycle:

wk 1-12 Test E or C 500mg/wk
 
First it depends if you want to inject...

If not, and by the way i dont recommend injecting to someone who doesnt know the proper technique, and doesnt know how to spot fakes:
50 mg anavar + 20-25 mg dianabol every day, divided dose.

If you want to inject:
250 mg deca + 250 mg test Enanthate or cypionate

some 10 mg nolva per day, to prevent gyno
Increased calories and protein
 
I can't believe you guys are recommending juice to a 6 foot guy who weighs 150lbs?

DIET. You need to eat correctly and train correctly and you will gain off that alone for now. Steroids are not to be fucked with and until you're serious about bodybuilding leave them alone.

My first question is are you a rookie to AAS or a rookie to training? If you have trained hard and intense for atleast 3 years without any drugs then yes Id say you can move on to a cycle, otherwise I would follow a good diet and workout program first and get everything you can naturally first. I started aas early, when I was 21 actually, I am 26 now and have been on for about 3 years along with GH, BUT I trained for 3-4 years and learned everything I could about training, diet, form, programs etc etc, I went from 130lbs to 180 naturally in 3 years, after I hit the wall so to say I moved up, now I am 26 at 230lbs with 5-6% BF and 5'10'' tall, and I am glad I didnt listen to everyone who said start a cycle right away...Anyway if you have been training do a nice cycle like this

weeks 1-12 Test Enanthate or Cypionate 500mgs wk
weeks 1-12 EQ 400mgs wk
Nolva 20mg eod or ed depending on how prone you are to sides.....

eat every 2 hours. lots of carb and protein, moderate fats. you have to train yourself to eat a lot. I remember how I used to struggle to eat 4000 cals/day, now I feel like I'm starving if I don't get minimum 4000 cals/day.
Count calories and be dilligent about it because you think you are eating a lot right now, but I can guarantee you you're not. Make 4000 your goal, then 5000, then 6000 then 7000. Eat as often as you need to to accomplish this. You will be pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, but that's what you have to do to grow.
I remember getting to the point where I was eating constantly all day every day, consuming 8000 to 10,000 cals a day. Sometimes it was uncomfortable yes, but I grew. I was training 5-6 days a week also, and growing.
I now am too busy to eat like that (or maybe I lack the discipline currently), but I still consume at least 4000 cals/day, and I maintain a comfortable weight currently, and still workout 4-5 days a week.
Just eat a hell of a lot more, and count those calories (also count grams of protein/carbs/fat).
 
6ft and 150lbs? and wanting to do a cycle?

Dude, I went from 150 to 180 in 2.5 years naturally. You need to learn how to crawl before you can run. After 4 years of training I am finally ready to start a cycle. Take everyone's advice and build yourself a base first. AASs work best on well-trained muscles. Believe me, get yourself some creatine, start drinking 2-3 protein shakes a day, and train your ass off and you will be amazed at the results.
 
this board has become a place where newbies come and ask a question and the response is automatic now, 500mg of test e for 12 weeks go kill yourself now. fuck when i first came here it was a lot different
 
Its a ask and tell forum. If you google "Make Pizza" you immediately get the answer you are searching for. If you google "Anabolics forum" Elite comes up, they register, ask the question get immediate responses and probably will never return. It's the new age. Is it right? Hell no but it happens. Do you think that in two years we'll see this guy again? He's going to come back and say hey guys I took your advice and have been training and eating right, now I'm ready for the juice. Shyeah... Most of the information spit out by people who really know what they are talking about is regurgitated by these newcomers on every different post.

It gets old and boring. The same questions, now the NewB's can feel special because they're giving advice. LOL..

I guess I had a Rant there for a few moments. Sorry about that.
