Just something to do (Im bored at work). Post up your stats before gear and then post up your current stats. How many cycles have you done ? Current goal(s)? Should be interesting..

2002-2003 natty still : 6'4"= 250, no abs visible...see food diet, still put on 100lbs. naturally.

First cycle was in late 2003:

52, are you where you want to be now? I'd like to get to 250. Are you an older guy?

I'm only 25. 290 is my absolute peak offseason weight. I'm 275 now and still have very good definition pretty much everywhere (and by definition I mean you can see the separation between the muscles, and when I get pumped you can see some veins, but genetically I have VERY thick skin, so it's not like i have that paper thin skin look year round), except my abs. I only work abs once or twice a week just to balance the strength in my lower back. I wont really hit them hard unless i'm cutting, doing lots of cardio, etc. I dont feel it's worth it to go crazy on abs if they are covered by water and a little fat. But to answer your question, i'm pleased with where I am now. I suppose my ultimate goal would be 255 lbs or so in peak contest condition, but you never walk around in that condition anyways. Hell, after depleting for a contest and the night after I'm usually about 15 lbs heavier just from pigging out and loading my glycogen/adding water weight back. I dont really care what I weigh, what my bf is, etc. I go by the mirror, and try to be better than i was the day before.

A lot of wisdom for just a kid. Your best years are ahead of you. The funny thing is, so are mine. I just like the idea that I can put on muscle in an intelligent way at my age, while my buddies are growing mold, getting bitched at by their ugly ass wives. I will never be a bodybuilder, but as a hobby and a lifestyle, I love it.

i started at 5'5 240lbs 24% BF......i did alot of cardio, then started on some clen....once i got down to 14%bf, i started my first cycle of prop and winny.....that dropped me to about 12%bf....at thi point my weight dropped to about 170....did 10 days of DNP (that sucked)....but it dropped me down about 6 more lbs, then did another cycle of clen 1.5 months later (continued cardio and weight training), dropped down to about 155 10%BF......then started 2nd cycle of SUST 250 @ 500MG PER WEEK, INCREASED TO 1000mg/week, added EQ and winny....went up to 169lbs and got to 9%bf.......It has changed my life :).....im no longer a fat bitch....upped my confidence, and made me work harder at everything i do.

39yrs, 6', 190 at present. Lots of time spent in the gym in my early 20's. Several cycles then but no know how. Started back at it hard about 5 years ago. Weight was at 165 no matter what I ate, about two cycles a year for the last 4 years, nothing heavy, and I stay at 190 off cycle. Needless to say weight is hard to come by and keep for me but I never thought I would see 190 and be able to hold it. Life is good!!!
Goal is 200 with single digit BF. Starting in Feb.

Thanks for the kind words. I know how you feel. I was always interested in the sport, but only started to compete when I realized that I had somewhat decent genetics, at least for putting on muscle.

And above all, stay single!!! LOL j/k. There's a lot to be said about the emotional stability of a QUALITY relationship. I don't think I'd ever allow myself to be bitched at my an ugly ass wife though, lol.

Best of luck to you my friend.

Whoops- getting engaged soon. She's only 28 though and fine as hell. No bitchin, either. Good luck to you too, I'll be reading these silly ass posts.
