before Am workout

what should I eat before workout in AM after wake up { but 1.5-2 hours later} and what should I eat before AM cardio after workout {1-2 hour after wake up}

You've got posts all over that ask for bits/pieces/tid-bits of info. Just sit back, make coffee, and READ. :)

If I'm working out in the AM, I usually eat a bowl of half fiber based/half cold cereal with low fat milk for my carbs. I'll also consume 1 scoop of whey protein also mixed with low fat milk.

I don't eat anything before my AM cardio, usually just a cup of coffee (no sugar!), to get some caffeine to promote further fat burning.
