ok so im 10 weeks into my cycle i did my pt test today and on my 5mile run i was 4 min slower my rutine has been the same i did take 5 days off the only thing i can think of is i gained 15lb from the cycle so the extra weight is slowing me down a guy at the gym says test hinders cardio any truth to this? i like to run in in 35min if possible
