beastdrol dosing

just going to finaly start my beastdrol cycle and wondering if i should take the pills all at once or spread out the dosing throughout the day

Spread them out. The half life is around 8-10 hours, so take one pill every 8 hours.

dose in the am and then another dose in the evening. like rikishi said the half life is short on these.
