Just wondering if Beast has the same fat burning effects like Anavar has? where it will shed body fat and gain lean muscle?

Two totally different things you cannot say they are = in any way.
As for Beast have the same fat burning qualities as anavar, I'm not sure I have to study it some more.
I will say this tho. Be prepared for a bunch of guys that are about to say...
"anavar doesn't burn fat. no steroid burns fat. only exercise and diet burn fat"
But don't listen to them. There misinformed.

Certain AAS such as tren and var will cause fat loss. Some will argue that is it through nutrient partitioning contributing to recomp but every study I have seen shows there is more to it than that.
Report on Tren..
Highly androgenic steroids are appreciated for the effects they have on strength as well as changing the estrogen/androgen ratio, thus reducing water and under the skin. As if the report on trenbolone was not good enough, it gets better; Trenbolone is extraordinarily good as a fat loss agent. One reason for this is its powerful effect on nutrient partitioning (9). It is a little known fact is that androgen receptors are found in fat cells as well as muscle cells(10), androgens act directly on the A.R in fat cells to affect fat burning.(11) the stronger the androgen binds to the A.R, the higher the lipolytic (fat burning) effect on adipose tissue (fat)(11). Since some steroids even increase the numbers of A.R in muscle and fat (11, 12) this fat loss effect would be amplified with the concurrent use of other compounds, such as testosterone.
So yes certain steroids do decrease fat mass, this is a fact which cannot be argued against.

CONCLUSIONS: Oral oxandrolone decreased SQ abdominal fat more than TE or weight loss alone and also tended to produce favorable changes in visceral fat. TE and ASND injections given every 2 weeks had similar effects to weight loss alone on regional body fat. Most of the beneficial effects observed on metabolic and cardiovascular risk factors were due to weight loss per se. These results suggest that SQ and visceral abdominal fat can be independently modulated by androgens and that at least some anabolic steroids are capable of influencing abdominal fat.
^^So as you can see not ALL AAS have a direct significant impact on body fat. As the report states TE(test ethanate) and ASND(deca) had similiar effects as the placebo group however var had very favorable changes in visceral fat.
DISCLAIMER: I am not saying you can take tren/var, eat whatever you want, and still expect to lose. Even tho certain steroids have fat burning/reducing properties does not meen there infinite. You still always want a proper diet and regular exercise for maximum fat loss efficiency
