dude, parts of it still suck. it depends on what airline you fly into. When I came there last summer I could have sworn I flew into Beruit Airport there were so many bullet holes.

yeah I'll have to second that emotion. The only experience I had with Detroit Intl. was very unfavorable as well.

It is very nice and easy....pretty much one long hallway...(as long as we are talking about the Northwest Terminal. The international Terminal is small, and the old NW and other terminal are dumps.

What was she in town for?

BTW....Metro Airport is about 35 minutes from the city.....and I work about 2 minutes from it....it ain't that bad.

Layover flight for her comp...I was giving her hell about being in Detroit, and she spoke very highly of the part she was in...said it was huge tho..had to walk a mile for her connecting flight.

The burbs of Detroit are very nice..especially north of it....lots of money. Motown has its advantages.

The airport is huge...but has a train tram. If I would of known she had a lay over, I probably still wouldn't of gone up there. LOL....j/k
