Beast Cycle Dosing Time

wondering what ppl do for their beast cycle dosing

Beast wks 1-4 (I'm doing 2 10mg tabs)
N2Guard - 7 caps
HCG - 5 caps (throughout the day)

I'm wondering when to take Beast and N2guard

Take all n2guard at once in morning? at night?

Take 1 beast in the morning? take 1 beast 1/2hrs before workout?

I like to split up the dosages and take liver support with the dosages. I'll throw in an extra beast dose before a hard workout.

i did my n2guard at 4 pills am and 3 pm. the beast i took 3 caps an hour before lifting, this is how you're supposed to take beast i believe. on non workout days take it earlier so you get a lot of food intake while it's still cycling through your blood
