BCAA Recommedations?

Aikido

New member
I am looking to add amino acids to my whey protein intake. Should I take a complex amino acid or BCAA aminos instead? I was going to buy some pyroclen (fat burners) to add to my EQ and winny cycle to cut and then add som amino's for added protein intake on top of my whey shakes from Apex. Any recommendations on if I should take it or if so, how much to take? I'm 6'1" and 232lbs with 14% bf.

Thanks,
Aikido

By adding Amino Acids do you mean the tablets?, because i was under the impression that those tablets didn't dissolve very well in your stomach, thus not very well absorbed. I would say if your trying to increase your amino acid intake try getting it from whole foods like beef, chicken, fish. Although if you are cutting chicken may be best, Ostrich is good too. Glutamine powder is also good to restock you Amino pool. Hope this helps.

They are liquid gel caps amino acids that include the essentials. The disolve quickly since the gel caps disolve fast and the body then absorbs the protein. 3 just prior and 3 just after the work out on top of whey protein drinks during the day. That's what I have so far.

Don't waste your money because these things usually cost more just to have it in capsules. Bro amino acids are just the result from protein being broken down to be used by the body. No need to add any extra amino caps if taking enough protein already. Just take in more protein. BCAA's though you could take if dieting real hard. Isoluicine, luecine and lysine make this up im pretty sure and under extreme stress the body requires more of this. Most whey proteins on the market now have over half of the overall amino acid content as BCAA's along with added glutamine.
