I used to work a nursing home and an old lady crapped in the lobby one time. Pretty sad to see how some people get in their old age. I've seen some old ladies be strong as hell though.
A friend of mine shit on the floor of an unfinished house we went into to get out of the cold.
A chic I know was drunk at a friends house and they noticed she was missing. They found her hanging over the side of the bathtub with a turd hanging out her ass. There was shit smeared all over the walls and everything. She has since been outcasted and goes by Poopdraws or Poopypants.

There have been stories in the army about "mad shitters"
Normally, these are people who are disgruntled with the chain of command, and show thier distaste by taking shits on the latrine floor, the sinks, or in the urinals.
Of course they do this at the times they know they won't get caught, normally at night.
