Banana's while shedding last few %'s

is the sugar content of banana's enough to fuck up your cutting plan.....the one where you just want to get rid of that last 2-3%?

i.e. should they be axed altogether?
 
currently between 9 and 10%, depending on who calibrates.....

^^ I agree with that. Nana's are good for you. Any other processed foods that may be an alternative? Maybe even stepping up / switching come cardio?
