Okay guys, here is my cycle that will start in the next couple of days....most likely Monday

1-14 Test E 500mg
1-14 Primo 800mg
1-6 Anavar 80mg
12-16 Winstrol 50mg
1-20 Need2Slin
1-16 Aromasin 12.5 EOD

PCT:
17-21 Clomid 25mg
17-21 Forma-stanzol
17-21 DAA powder
17-21 Ostarine 25mg
17-21 (I may add the pct/unleashed but wanted to get some feedback if it is necessary w/ budgetary concerns will the above suffice?)

Considerations to a SARMS triple stack bridge cycle towards the end of PCT. Need info on timing for that.

Does everyone think I should run the aromasin the entire time? Or should I not run it during the times for Orals?

I'm 6'4 290 (been dieting and have upped the cardio substantially pre-cycle), unsure of BF percentage.

My goal here is a cutter. I am tweaking my diet all the time to figure out what works best for me with low carbs because i work out at 5pm every day. So recently I have been trying to stay below 100g of carbs every day. Substantial amounts of proteins, from eggs, nuts, chicken, fish, and protein shakes. Carbs are only complex carbs..oatmeal, sweet potatoes and the little natural sugars from my vegetables.

Post workout I do a glyco-maize shake of 35g of carbs, and a protein shake of 40g of Whey/Egg/Casein mix. Then about an hour later I get my post workout meal which I try to get some carbs in, mostly from sweet potatoes.

I would love some help with my cardio routine. I am trying to work my way to 2 a day sessions of 45 min AM, and 45 min Post workout. But right now I am up to 45 mins post-workout.
My problem with the AM session is sleep, and I can't commit to it every day (but I am working towards it). I basically do only the treadmill, and occassionly the stair master.

started my cycle on tuesday.
Man the primo PIP aint no joke! excruciating on Wednesday, but then all fine and dandy on thursday. Not as terrible as prop, but it is in a different way.

already feeling the Var. Leaning up ever so slightly (losing a bit of water w/ that an aromasin).....can't wait to hit the gym today

Yesterday was an off day in the gym, tuesday i did shoulder, traps, and cardio

Today I am either going to hit chest/tris or Back/Bis.....Probably Chest though

Here is my chest workout today:
Bench 5 sets 20xs135 15X225 10-12x275 315X8 and i will feel it out after this (if i feel good, go up to 365X5 if i feel week ill stay at 315X8, and then do a 225 drop set)
Incline Barbell Bench 225x15 275x10 315x8 Dropset 225xfailure
Seated Decline Machine Press 4 sets of 20 (3 OR 4 plates)
seated machine flys 4 sets of 200 @ 250
Light Decline Bench Press 4 sets 20 reps 185
standing dumbell incline flys (same motion as cable flys from the bottom) 4 sets x 15 (30 pound dumbells)
tricep pushdown 3 sets to failure
seated triceps hammer angle pushdowns 4 sets 20 reps
overheard single arm dumbell presses 3 sets X 15 reps

**I'm currently on a 3 on 1 off split, and have been using that to get 2 chest workouts in a week. One is dumbell and one is barbell (old school)....trying to build/focus on my chest a lot in this cycle, along with the overall cut goal


Cardio:
30 mins treadmill or stairmaster (will see what is available due to the influx of people in the gym in January)

will update later to confirm this workout, but wanted to keep the log in mind so did it while im at work.
 
going to also post some other pics, so that everyone can see that I actually have some size to me.
will add a side shoulder, back pose, and a crab....I think the pics i uploaded a few weeks ago didn't really do me justice.....
 
Intersting, I am doing 300mg per injection 2 x week and having minimal pain from the primo.
Good luck on your routine, looks like a good chest WO.
I must be doing these wrong because I get no feel/pump from them - standing dumbell incline flys
 
ya i am hoping that the pain was just from the first shot back on. Then my body will get used to it.
mine was a 3CC shot 250 test E and 400mg Primo, and it was rough. I haven't done 3CC in the same shot in a while, I was splitting shots to do 4 CCs last cycle so it could take some getting used to, or I may split up the test and the primo if it stays rough.

With the standing dumbell incline flys, I am strictly going for that upper inside corner of the chest.
I change the angle with the dumbell until it feels nice and tight during the rep.

sometimes going a lower weight on those has helped me better actually as well. But i try to go above my head across my body with this, very controlled and slow. And pause a little bit at that top motion to get a little mind-muscle connection with the spot. It is honestly my favorite chest excercise besides the normal bench and dumbell bench mass builders.
