baking prop.

im tired of being so damn sore from my ed tren/prop shots. can someone please give me some directions on baking my prop. detailed instructions would be greatly appreciated.

put your oven on 250 degrees and put a pin in your bottle to let the air filter out..bake it for 20 minutes and you should be fine...hope this helps...
