I'm running tren ace and test prop which the pain is horrible. I want to bake it to get the alcohol out but have never done this before, can you guys please give me a step by step?

bake at 250 for 15 minutes with a pin(needle only) stickin out the top.

i just finished this cycle. it helps to warm some water and set the prop vial in it for a few minutes.
