I went to the doc because of shingles. He did bloodwork because he thought there was an underlying problem that caused the shingles. My liver enzymes came back at over 600. He told me to stop working out and do nothing but rest. He sent my blood off to another lab to get more tests done. He tested for hepatitis A, B and C. I can say with 100% certainty it is not B or C because I have never been exposed to any of the risk factors. I think its possible I have hepatits A however. Pray for me.

why do you think you might have Hep. A, Bro? Will pray for you , hopefully its something else more minor. Have you been on cycle that will scew your liver values on the tests?

I had high liver enzymes last year after coming of a long cycle it wasen't hepatites A B or C but the doc told me years of heavy gear caused my liver to be fatty and it made me feel like shit for about six month. Now I'm feeling a little better but I have to be very careful with diet and meds. I wish you the best and will be praying for you.

Hep A is nothing if you have that, you will be sick and lethargic for a couple of weeks but there will be no long term affects from it.

only thing that concerns my doc is that my liver looks to be enlarged for no apparent reason. i have stopped taking all multi-vitamins, no tylenol or any type of pill. he cut my lexapro dosage back to 1/2 pill a day just to try and rule that out. i really have alot of trouble breathing because of the inflammed liver, so i hope this is cleared up soon. i go back at 8am tommorow morning for more tests. thanks for the uplifting posts.

Best of luck to you bro! It totally sucks to be hit with serious health problems especially when you think that everything is just fine. It's always easier to do things on your own terms than be forced to do things on some other term. I know first hand due to my own lingering health concerns as of the last several months. Keep your head up though bro, you should be able to pull through with no problem. Hopefully, if it does turn out to be some form of Hepatitis your body will naturally build up it's own antibodies and virtually leave it dormant and just become a asymptomatic carrier.

I hit 1g of test a week once or twice. Never really used alot of orals. I have used winny, dbol and a-bombs but never for long periods of time or high dosages, and i always took liver protectants. but i had my liver panels taken while on and shortly after these cycles and was never elevated this much so i am almost certain it is not AS related. It must be some sort of viral infection... they drew more blood this morning and i should know middle of next week what the verdict is.
