My knees have been hurting particularly bad since the beginning of the year. They audibly cracked every time I squatted down. Also, I'd get sharp pains in them if I attempted to cross my legs. Since I've been seeking advice on the problem, I was repeatedly told that some AS like deca, which makes one retain water could help. So, it seemed to me that the culprit was lack of water consumption.
I never thought that I didn't drink enough. I was drinking approximately a half-gallon, which I thought was adequate. The past 4 days, I've been drinking at least 2 gallons per day, and I tell you, my knees have never felt better. Now, I wouldn't say they're 100%, but they are on the way. I'd like to see what a few weeks like this could do.
This may not work for you, but you should probably be drinking plenty of water anyway.
