Bad forearm pain

Does anyone have this or know what im talking about or even how to cure it?

When i do bicep curls with the z shaped bar (sorry can't think of the name right now) i get a sharp pain in my left forearm about half way between elbow and wrist.
The pain goes after about 8 seconds but im sure it isnt normal. The only way i have found to stop the pain so much is to hold may arm completely still after ive put the weights down.
I have never taken a cycle, nor am i on any supplements at the moment.
Any help or thoughts is appreciated.

TAILS

dude I get the same thing in my arms and legs between my wrist and elbow it feels like someone is slicing my muscle with a razor all the way through, WHEN I DO BI CURLS ALSO! such pain bro I feel ya and im wondering myself, BTW ive done abuncha cycles! haha

thanks!

I had the EXACT same thing. This is the low down. I was taking EQ, anavar and this mod told me that the var was what was causing the pain. So i dropped the anavar and took a week off from lifting and now i'added fina/winny to my cycle, and the pain is still there but I wrap it up with sports tape on my wrists, and it works great. Also, the mod told me not to do Flat bench, but do incline, also, when u do skull crushers do them on a decline bench, instead of a flat. THis is my routine now:

Mon.-Chest
Tues.-Rest
Wed.-Back
Thurs.-Shoulders
Friday-Rest
Sat.Bi's,Tri''s
Sun.-Legs

I had to go this route cause my forearms started acting up with extreme pain, so this way you can recover

Try taking glucosamine about 6 pills a day, it works. Do a search with my name and you'll see the thread i started. The thread is called "BAD FOREARM PAIN with eq/anavar".
Hope this helps fellas. gotta go to class nowi'd type more but got to get to class in 10 minutes.

it's a slight case of tendinitis.... the best you can do is rest for 2 weeks. I had the same problem and trust me, it will not go away unless you rest. The more u work with it, the more it will hurt..

I have shin splints and the pain in arms is the same as the shin splints. I can barely run cause the pain in my shins is unberable, and doing curls kills my arms, :(

If its a strain/sprain you need to rest it as mentioned, but also avoid anti inflamatory drugs, they will just prolong or halt the healing process.

what you have is very common. it's called jerkoffatitis. quit beating your meat with such vigor and the pain should subside:)
