Bad Circulation??

just wondering if anyone might have an idea on why ive been having problems with my right arm going to sleep all the time. at nite during the day while im working. I mean all the time. it goes to sleep and gets so numb that it starts to hurt like hell?? any ideas??

Could be carpal tunnel.

I agree, could be carpal tunnel. Google Phalen and Tinel tests and see if you get numbness when you do those. If so, then it's most likely carpal tunnel syndrome.

If your extremities are getting cold when you get the numbness, then it could be an arterial occlusion (bad circulation).

At any rate, you should see a physician to figure out what's going on.
