Bacteriostatic Water and Winny

I have a 20 ml bottle of QV Winny (100mg/ml). I want to do site injections, 50 mg or .5 cc every day, but the winny clogs up the insulin needles. Can I mix some Bacteriostatic Water and the winny (.5cc water & .5 cc winny). I have shot twice through a 23 gage, but shooting everyday with a pin like that tends to leave a lot fo scar tissue. Any suggestions?

I've used a 25 GA needle with winny no problems.

I don't think you could get away with a slin pin, just because winny isn't an ester -- it time-releases through the formation of crystals and my bet is the crystals will jam in a slin pin. You could probably try heating them up some and trying to make them disolve (I've done that before to reduce post injection winny pain), but it makes you wonder if you are hosing the time-release mechanism.

How exactly do I go about heating my winny before injecting? I don't want to screw it up. Thanks for the info.

I would not heat it. It might kill the winni. I have hear many times that you can drink the winni and get the same results. But if you dont want to do that the go with a 22 gauge.

Well, would mixing the water and the winny be bad in any way?

Don't heat it, just shoot it with a bigger pin. There are plenty of sites to rotate through. Glutes, quads, delts, etc..... Just hit a different one each day.

I had the same problem with Test Suspension, the trick for me has been to heat it, and mix it with oil....but I still have to shoot it through a 22. Weird thing is that I've gotten so use to 22ga I prefer it over smaller gauges.

(I just put some hot tap water in a coffee mug and put the loaded syringe in it for a couple of minutes) p.s. keep the cap on and switch pinz before injecting...sometimes water will leak into the cap.

Umm yea a slin pin is too short to get the injection into deep IM like you are wanting with the winny. I have used the QV winny same stuff you have. Did 50 mg EoD with 400mg test e per week, and had great results. Just rotate your sites bro and you will be fine.

Where are you injecting?Are you trying to get local growth?
